Ingredients

Method
  • 2 balls burrata or buffalo mozzarella, torn
  • 1 bunch Woolworths Cotton Candy grapes, washed and halved
  • 4 blood oranges, peeled and cubed
  • sea salt, to taste
  • For the berry vinaigrette, mix:

  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 3 T Woolworths cold-pressed Berry Beet smoothie
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 t wholegrain mustard

Arrange the burrata, grapes and oranges on a platter. Drizzle over the vinaigrette and season with salt to taste
