  • 2 icing sugar
  • 220 g shortbread fingers
  • Pomegranate rubies, as a topping

Ingredients

Beat 1 cup cream and 2 T icing sugar until soft peaks form.

Alternately layer the whipped cream with 220 g shortbread fingers in 4 individual bowls or glasses and top with pomegranate rubies.
