Method- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 chopped fresh chilli
- 3 strands saffron
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 x 410 g can cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup cream
- 12 prawns
- Fresh tagliatelle
Method
IngredientsFry cloves crushed garlic, chopped fresh chilli and strands saffron in olive oil over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add can cherry tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cream and simmer for 5–10 minutes. Add prawns* and cook for 5 minutes, then add fresh tagliatelle, cooked al dente, and reheat.
