Ingredients
Method- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T garam masala
- 1 T turmeric
- 2 T sunflower oil
- 4 free-range chicken fillets
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the coconut with the lime juice, garam masala, turmeric and sunflower oil. Season to taste.
Marinate the chicken fillets in the coconut mixture for 30 minutes, then roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
