Ingredients
- For the doughnut meringue clouds:
- 6 Woolworths doughnuts
- 1 box Easy to Bake meringue mix
- Food colouring, a few drops (optional)
- For the soft-serve doughnut towers:
- 12 Woolworths bakery doughnuts
- Woolworths ice cream, softened
- melted chocolate, for drizzling
Cooking Instructions
To make the doughnut meringue clouds:
Prepare Woolworths Easy to Bake meringue kit according to package instructions. Swirl through your favourite food colouring. Pipe onto Woolworths doughnuts. Serve immediately.
To make the soft-serve doughnut towers:
Stack 2 doughnuts. Spoon the ice cream into piping bags and pipe onto the top doughnut. Pour over the melted chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes before serving.
