Ingredients
Method- 500 g prawns, peeled and steamed
- 2 x 250 g blocks cream cheese, softened
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 loaves fresh rye bread
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
Method
IngredientsBlend the prawns to a fine consistency, then fold them into the soft cream cheese and season to taste.
Thinly slice the loaves of rye bread and cut into fingers.
Spread the cream cheese-prawn mixture generously over one slice of bread and sandwich with another. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
Lay the sandwiches on their sides and sprinkle with chopped chives and black sesame seeds.
