Ingredients
Method- 200 g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 x 200 g goat’s-milk log
- 4 red apples, thinly sliced
Method
IngredientsSpoon individual rounds of the melted chocolate onto a silicone mat and refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until set.
Slice the goat’-milk log on the diagonal to form 4 wedges then divide among 4 plates. Top with alternate layers of the chocolate and apple.
