Ingredients
Method- 4 ripe bananas, chopped into chunks
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 400ml can coconut cream
- 75 g brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla paste
Method
IngredientsBlend all the ingredients in a food processor, then pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, pour into a freezerproof container and freeze, stirring every 2 hours until the mixture solidifies
