Easy banana ice cream

  • 4 ripe bananas, chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 400ml can coconut cream
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 1 t vanilla paste

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor, then pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, pour into a freezerproof container and freeze, stirring every 2 hours until the mixture solidifies
