Method- 4 chicken fillets
- A little salt
- Tortillas
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped spring onion
- Baby gem lettuce leaves
- Sliced avocado
- Lime juice
Method
IngredientsRub chicken fillets with a little salt and dry chargrill on a ridged pan until cooked through. Leave to rest, then slice and arrange on tortillas, along with dollops of mayonnaise, chopped spring onion, baby gem lettuce leaves and sliced avocado. Roll up and serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
