- Toasted almonds
- Chopped coriander
- Finely sliced shallots
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
Method
IngredientsScoop out avocado halves and top with chopped chilli, toasted almonds, chopped coriander and finely sliced shallots before seasoning to taste. Finish off with a good squeeze of lemon juice and a glug of olive oil.
