Ingredients

Method
  • 2 avocado halves
  • Chopped chilli
  • Toasted almonds
  • Chopped coriander
  • Finely sliced shallots
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil

Scoop out avocado halves and top with chopped chilli, toasted almonds, chopped coriander and finely sliced shallots before seasoning to taste. Finish off with a good squeeze of lemon juice and a glug of olive oil.
