Fruity soda floats
Serve these icy drinks on a hot summer’s day as a refreshing dessert.
Ingredients
Method-
Cranberry float
- 2 leaves mint
- 1 t sugar
- 1 x 300 ml can Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling cranberry cosmo flavoured drink
- 2 raspberries, for serving
- 1 scoop Woolworths Vanilla Flavoured Dairy Ice Cream Ruby grapefruit and strawberry float
- 1 x 300 ml can Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling ruby grapefruit drink flavoured drink
- 1 scoop Woolworths strawberries & cream flavoured dairy ice cream
- edible flowers, for serving
- raspberries, for serving Granadilla and mint float
- 1 T Woolworths granadilla pulp
- 1 scoop Woolworths granadilla sorbet
- 1 x 300 ml can Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling lime, and mint fruit drink
- mint leaves, for garnish Mixed berry float
- 1 scoop Woolworths mixed berry sorbet
- 1 x 300 ml can Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling lime, and mint fruit drink
- blackberries, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. For the cranberry float, crush the mint and sugar together using a pestle and mortar. Pour the Cranberry Cosmo drink into a glass, add the berries then top with ice cream and a sprinkling of mint sugar.
2. For the rest, add a scoop of ice cream or sorbet into a glass and top with Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling fruit-flavoured drinks and garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers or berries.
