Ingredients
Method- 4 slices Woolworths ciabatta bread
- 70 g Parma ham
- 70 g Grana Padano, grated
- ½ cup sundried tomato quarters
- 3 free-range eggs
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup Grana Padano, grated, plus extra for serving
- 2 T butter
- 2 T olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Assemble the sandwiches using the bread, Parma ham, grated Grana Padano and sundried tomatoes.
2. Mix the eggs, cream and cheese. Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture on both sides.
3. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan and fry the sandwiches on both sides over a low heat until golden.
4. Serve with extra cheese and season with salt.
