Method- 2 grapefruit
- 50 g toasted cashews
- 2 feta wheels
- 2 avocados
- 150 g baby spinach
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
Method
Ingredients1. Peel 2 grapefruit, then cut the flesh into segments.
2. Serve with 50 g toasted cashews, 2 wheels feta, 2 sliced ripe avocados and 150 g baby spinach.
3. Squeeze over lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
