Ingredients

Method
    For the green goddess dressing:

  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 T parsley
  • 3 T dill
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T good-quality mayonnaise
  • 2 T Woolworths plain double-cream yoghurt
  • 2 bagels, sliced and toasted
  • 4 T cream cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 Woolworths baby gem lettuce leaves
  • 1 T Woolworths Everything Bagel seasoning
  • salt, to taste
  • avocado oil, for serving

1 To make the dressing, scoop the avocado into a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
2 Spread the cream cheese onto the sliced bagels.
3 Top the bottom halves with avocado and lettuce leaves, then drizzle with the dressing.
4 Sprinkle over the bagel seasoning and salt, then drizzle with a little oil.
5 Top with the remaining bagel halves and serve.

Cook’s note: The remaining dressing can be kept covered in the fridge for a couple of days. Great to use as a crudit dip.
