Ingredients
Method
- 125 ml crème fraîche
- 1 lemon, juiced
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices white bread, toasted
- ¼ cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 180 g Woolworths Hot Smoked Salmon with Pepper, Mustard Seeds & Dill
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 10 g dill
Method
Ingredients
1. Mix the crème fraîche and lemon juice and season.
2. Cut each piece of toast into triangles. Spread the crème fraiche onto the toast, then top with a few slices of cucumber and the flaked salmon.
