Method- 4 T honey
- 2 T butter
- 1 pineapple, peeled and wedged into four pieces
Method
IngredientsHeat 4 T runny honey and 2 T butter in the microwave.
Brush onto peeled wedges of pineapple and chargrill in a griddle pan for 3–5 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with ice cream or crème fraîche.
