Honeycomb shards with white chocolate

Ingredients
Method- 300 g sugar
- 6 T honey
- 30 g margarine
- 1 t bicarbonate of soda
- 200 g good-quality white chocolate
Method
IngredientsIn a saucepan over a medium to high heat, bring to a boil the sugar and honey. Stir in the margarine and keep stirring until the mixture changes to a darker golden colour.
Remove from the heat and sift in the bicarbonate of soda – the mixture should begin to froth. Mix further, then pour into a greased baking tray and leave to set.
Melt the white chocolate and spread it evenly over the honeycomb. Using a wooden spoon, hit the honeycomb to crack it into pieces. Present in beautiful packaging of your choice.
