Ingredients
Method- 2 t horseradish
- 4 cups plain-yoghurt ice cream, slightly thawed
- 2 lobster tails, steamed
Method
IngredientsFold the horseradish through the ice cream then place it back in the freezer to firm.
Serve in cones or bowls and top with the sliced lobster.
