Ingredients

Method
  • 2 t horseradish
  • 4 cups plain-yoghurt ice cream, slightly thawed
  • 2 lobster tails, steamed

Fold the horseradish through the ice cream then place it back in the freezer to firm.
Serve in cones or bowls and top with the sliced lobster.
