Ingredients
Method- 1 whole corn, sliced of the cob.
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 cups water
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 800 g Woolworths cheese & jalapeño topped chicken breast fillets Serve with:
- 200 g Woolworths plain freshly smashed avo
- 240 g Woolworths sour cream sauce
- 6 Woolworths fresh tortilla wraps
Method
Ingredients1. Slice the corn off the cob, place into the pan and then add the squeezed lime juice, water, and garlic. Cook until the water has evaporated.
2. Add the chicken breast fillets to the pan and then bake according to the packaging.
