Ingredients
Method- 250 g Woolworths fresh fettuccine pasta
- 4 T butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T LemonGold® seedless lemon zest
- 1 LemonGold® seedless lemon, juiced
- Parmigiana Reggiano, for serving
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Cook pasta as per packaging instructions, save ¼ cup of pasta water.
2. To make the sauce: Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pasta water and toss through the pasta. Add the lemon zest and juice. Top with grated parmesan and black pepper.
