Method- 275 g Woolworths baked pumpkin rings with a sprinkle of cinnamon
- 275 g Woolworths baked beetroot rings
- 250g Woolworths plain full fat cream cheese , for serving
- 2 T honey, for drizzling
- 60 g Woolworths salted caramel nut sprinkle, for serving
- Woolworths spicy vegetable bites
- 180 g Woolworths snacking cucumbers, for serving
- ½ red onion, sliced, for serving
- lime wedges, for serving
- olive oil, for drizzling
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare all the prep range products according to package instructions.
2. Empty cream cheese into a small bowl, drizzle with honey and top with salted caramel nut sprinkle. Serve with baked beetroot and butternut rings.
3. Serve spicy vegetable bites with cucumbers and accompanying sauce. Garnish with red onion slices, lime wedges, and drizzle with olive oil.
