Ingredients
Method- 750 g Woolworths split pea soup mix
- 1 T canola oil
- 115 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 100 g petit pois
- 80 g mange tout
- 4 kale leaves, deep fried
- 35 g Woolworths nut and seed sprinkle
- 80 g Serrano ham
- 3 T basil pesto
- 4 T crème fraîche
- 50 g Parmesan
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare soup as per packaging instructions. Season.
2. Serve topped with petit pois, mange tout, kale leaves, nut and seed sprinkle, crispy Serrano, basil pesto, creme fraiche and Parmesan.
3. Cook's tip: serve with crispy toast topped with Parmesan
