Ingredients

Method
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Coriander
  • Red onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chilli

1. Rub 4 whole sweet potatoes with olive oil and salt, then bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

2. Serve with cubed avocado, sour cream, coriander, sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes and chilli.
