Method- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ cup cream
- Crushed garlic
- A sprinkling of nutmeg
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 180°C. Thinly slice potatoes and large sweet potatoes. Layer in a buttered ovenproof dish, alternating with chicken stock, cream, crushed garlic and a sprinkling of nutmeg and seasoning. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through and bubbling.
