Recipe: Abigail Donnelly Photography: Jan Ras Videography: Kaylene Sauls 🍽️ Serves 6 to 8 🥣 10 minutes, plus 45 minutes’ chilling time 📌 Ingredients 3 cups cornflakes, crushed 100 g butter, melted 2 T honey 1 x 360 g can Nestlé Caramel Treat 100 g Woolworths 27% cocoa milk chocolate drops 100 g Woolworths 70% cocoa dark chocolate drops sea salt, for sprinkling 📌 Method 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cornflakes, butter and honey. Mix until the cornflakes are well-coated. 2. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a lined 20 cm round or square baking tin. Place the tin in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set. 3. Once the base has set, spread the Caramel Treat evenly over the cornflake layer. 4. Melt the milk and dark chocolate drops together in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and completely melted. 5. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle over the salt. 6. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until fully set. Method
