Ingredients

  • 8 pack 1 x pack Woolworths white flour wraps
  • 4 T mayonnaise
  • 50 g Woolworths Crunchita lettuce
  • 70 g shredded carrots
  • 55 g 1 x pack Woolworths smoked ham and Gouda rolls
  • 50 g 1 x pack Woolworths salami and mozzarella rolls
  • 70 g 1 x pack Woolworths beef pastrami and biltong spread rolls
  • 75 g 1 x pack Woolworths salami sticks
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 500 g Woolworths yellow watermelon
  • 50 g cocktail tomatoes

1 Lay the wraps flat on a work surface. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer the lettuce, shredded carrots and smoked ham and Gouda rolls in the centre of the wrap.
2 Roll up and slice into 5 cm pieces. Repeat with the other wraps and rolls.
3 Pack into a lunchbox alongside the salami sticks, fresh fruit and veggies.
