No-bake pinwheels

15 minutesThese pinwheel wraps are guaranteed to be a hit with the kids. Plus, thanks to Woolies’ ready-to-eat deli products, no cooking is required, which means they’re a win for mom, too! Simply add your child’s favourite fruit and veggies, and lunch is sorted.

- 8 pack 1 x pack Woolworths white flour wraps
- 4 T mayonnaise
- 50 g Woolworths Crunchita lettuce
- 70 g shredded carrots
- 55 g 1 x pack Woolworths smoked ham and Gouda rolls
- 50 g 1 x pack Woolworths salami and mozzarella rolls
- 70 g 1 x pack Woolworths beef pastrami and biltong spread rolls
- 75 g 1 x pack Woolworths salami sticks
- 100 g blueberries
- 500 g Woolworths yellow watermelon
- 50 g cocktail tomatoes
Method
Ingredients
1 Lay the wraps flat on a work surface. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer the lettuce, shredded carrots and smoked ham and Gouda rolls in the centre of the wrap.
2 Roll up and slice into 5 cm pieces. Repeat with the other wraps and rolls.
3 Pack into a lunchbox alongside the salami sticks, fresh fruit and veggies.
