Don’t throw away your leftover Parmesan rinds – make Parmesan crisps instead! This is the easiest hack you’ll learn this year. Simply heat the rinds in the microwave for a delicious, umami-packed snack. Make sure you’re using authentic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients
  1. Cut the rinds into small pieces, roughly the size of a fingernail.
  2. Place rind side down on a microwaveable dinner plate.
  3. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave until puffed up. Cook for a further 20 seconds if necessary.
  4. Pour into a bowl once cooled and enjoy like crisps.
