Ingredients
Method- 1 avocado, peeled and stoned
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ t turmeric
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 50 g coriander, chopped
- 50 g mint, chopped
- Olive oil, a splash
- 1 t paprika
Method
IngredientsMash the avocado with the garlic, turmeric and apple cider vinegar. Add the coriander and mint, then add the olive oil and mix well. Sprinkle over the paprika to serve.
