Ingredients
Method- 6 granadillas
- 200 g cherries
- 125 ml vodka
- fresh mint
- 1 litre giner ale or lemonade
- ice
Method
IngredientsUsing a sharp knife, slice the granadillas in half.
Use a spoon to scoop the insides into a medium container with a sealable lid.
Add the cherries, vodka and fresh mint, seal and place in the refrigerator or cooler.
Pour the mixture into a large jug and top with chilled ginger ale and ice. Pour into glasses and serve.
The mixture can be made two days before.
