- 7 Forelle pears, quartered
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 x 750 ml Woolworths WCC Brut bottle
Method
Ingredients
1. Juice 6 pears and the celery. Divide between Champagne coupes and top with the Brut.
2. Thinly slice the remaining pear and use to garnish the cocktails.
