Ingredients

Method
  • 4 Woolworths Everyday potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 340 g mozzarella, grated
  • 340 g Gruyère, grated
  • 1 t salt
  • black pepper, to taste

1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan of cold water, bring them to a boil and cook until soft. Drain and pass through a potato ricer.

2. Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and cook over a low heat until all the cheeses have melted and a creamy mash is formed. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve piping hot
