Ingredients
Method- 1-2 quinces
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 t fine sea salt
- Red or green chilli, to taste
- ¼ cup coriander, finely chopped
Method
IngredientsPeel the quinces and remove the hard core and pips. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle a little apple cider vinegar onto the quince pieces.
Grate the quinces finely and put it in a serving bowl. Stir in the remaining apple cider vinegar and the salt, chilli and coriander.
Serve as a side with curries or smoorsnoek.
