Ingredients
Method- 2 cups rosé
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 ripe peaches
- Fresh raspberries
- Berry sorbet
Method
IngredientsPlace a small saucepan over a medium to low heat and add rosé, sugar and ripe peaches. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until the skin of the fruit comes away easily.
Peel the peaches, then serve warm, drizzled with the juices and topped with a handful of fresh raspberries and a few good scoops of mixed berry sorbet.
