Method- 200 g smoked salmon fillet
- 1 green chilli
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup soya sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Brown sugar
- Toasted croutons
Method
IngredientsArrange thin slices lightly smoked salmon fillet on a platter. Mix thinly sliced green chilli with rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, the juice of 1 lime and a little brown sugar, to taste. Drizzle over the salmon and serve with toasted croutons.
