Salmon with a soya-jalepeno dressing

Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g smoked salmon fillet
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soya sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Brown sugar
  • Toasted croutons

Arrange thin slices lightly smoked salmon fillet on a platter. Mix thinly sliced green chilli with rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, the juice of 1 lime and a little brown sugar, to taste. Drizzle over the salmon and serve with toasted croutons.
