Salted chocolate-chip cookies

Ingredients

Method
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 1 slab milk chocolate/dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 T Maldon sea salt flakes, to taste
  • 270 g Woolworths Easy To Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

1. Heat oven to 180ºC.

2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy and pale. Beat in egg until combined, add cookie mix while beating, mix until combined – don’t over mix.  Stir in chocolate chunks

3. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased oven tray, bake for 10-14 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack.

4. Combine chocolate with 1T Maldon salt, dip cookies once cooled.
