Seared tuna and trout with soy-ginger glaze

Method
- 1 pack Woolworths seared Albacore pepper-crusted tuna with soy-ginger glaze
- 1 pack Woolworths seared trout portions with Asian soy-ginger glaze
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup edamame beans, blanched
- lime zest and juice, for serving
- 1 cup Woolworths green slaw (shredded baby cabbage, cucumber ribbons, spring onion)
- sesame seeds, to garnish (optional)
Method
Ingredients
1. Heat the tuna and trout according to package instructions or allow to come to room temperature if serving cold.
2. Arrange the sliced tuna on a plate with the avocado and edamame. Drizzle with the soy-ginger glaze and finish with lime zest.
3. Serve the seared fish with the green slaw and extra glaze with lime wedges on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Cook’s note: For a heartier meal, serve with sticky jasmine rice or rice noodles tossed in sesame oil.
