Ingredients
Method- 2 cups sherry
- 4 pears
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 T brown sugar
Method
IngredientsPeel the pears and place in a pot. Cover with all of the sherry.
Add a cinnamon stick and the brown sugar.
Poach for 20 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
Serve in a bowl with a little of the poaching liquid.
