Ingredients

Method
  • 1 Woolworths sliced peppered roast beef with onion and mustard gravy
  • Dijon mustard, for serving (optional)
  • For the salsa, mix:

  • 2 T fresh dill roughly chopped
  • 2 T fresh parsley roughly chopped
  • 2 T capers roughly chopped, plus 1 T
  • 1 T brine green olives roughly chopped
  • 1 T black olives roughly chopped
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste

Method

Ingredients

1. Prepare the beef according to package instructions.

2. Serve the beef with the salsa and Dijon mustard, if using.
