Southern fried chicken wings with sriracha mayo

Drizzled with olive oil before being air-fried and served with a creamy sriracha mayo flecked with spring onions, they’re the ultimate quick fix for when cravings hit.

- 600 g free-range chicken wings
- 50 g Woolworths southern fry coating
- 2 t Woolworths piri-piri chilli seasoning
- 1 T olive oil For the sriracha mayo:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 T sriracha
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
Method
Ingredients
1 Season the chicken wings with the southern fry coating and piri-piri, and toss until evenly coated.
2 Drizzle with olive oil and air-fry at 200°C for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden, crisp, and cooked through.
3 In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, and spring onions until smooth.
Serve the hot wings immediately with the sriracha mayo for dipping.
Cook's note: Add a squeeze of lime juice or a pinch of salt to the mayo for a fresh, zesty twist.
