EasyRefreshing and bubbly, this Sparkling Paloma blends tequila, citrus, and sparkling wine for the perfect summer cocktail. Easy to make and bursting with flavour. Cheers!

- 90 ml tequila
- 30 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice, strained
- 60 ml freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice, strained
Method
Ingredients
In a shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients. Shake well and strain. Divide equally between two glasses. Top with sparkling wine or Cap Classique. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of citrus. Cheers!
