Ingredients
Method- 2 cups pitted fresh dates
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 small red or green chilli
Method
IngredientsCombine the dates and water in a bowl and allow to stand for two hours.
Drain the dates and reserve half a cup of water.
In a blender, process all the ingredients and gradually add the water until the consistency is smooth.
