- 1 Woolworths ready-to-cook bone-out gammon
- mustard, for serving For the glaze:
- 100 g Woolworths ginger preserve and syrup
- 100 g Woolworths glacé cherries
- 100 g Woolworths melon preserve and syrup
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the gammon in a large saucepan and cover with water. Simmer for 30 minutes per 500 g weight. Remove from the pan and place on a baking tray.
2. Preheat the grill and place the rack in the middle of the oven. Carefully cut the gammon’s rind in a diamond pattern or score.
3. Mix the glacé fruit and pour over the gammon. Grill until bubbling. Serve hot or cold with a variety of mustards.
