Ingredients

Method
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 Woolworths free-range chicken burgers
  • 2 Woolworths medium fat haloumi burgers
  • 2 Woolworths Ultimate hamburger rolls, halved and toasted
  • 3 T Wellington’s sweet chill sauce
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 sweet and sour sliced gherkins
  • Woolworths Crunchita® lettuce, for serving

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the patties on one side for about 2 minutes.

2. Turn over and add the sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes.

3. Place the patties onto the bases of the rolls and pile with the remaining ingredients. Top with the top half of the roll.
