- 1 T olive oil
- 2 Woolworths free-range chicken burgers
- 2 Woolworths medium fat haloumi burgers
- 2 Woolworths Ultimate hamburger rolls, halved and toasted
- 3 T Wellington’s sweet chill sauce
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 sweet and sour sliced gherkins
- Woolworths Crunchita® lettuce, for serving
Method

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the patties on one side for about 2 minutes.
2. Turn over and add the sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes.
3. Place the patties onto the bases of the rolls and pile with the remaining ingredients. Top with the top half of the roll.
