The French martini


The French martini is a festive creation that’ll bring some fizz to your day.

- 4 T gin
- 1–2 T dry vermouth
- 2 t raspberry-infused simple syrup
Method
Ingredients
Make a standard gin martini by combine good gin and dry vermouth, and add raspberry-infused simple syrup. Shake over ice, pour into a chilled martini glass, and add a splash of pink sparkling wine and a fresh raspberry.
