Ingredients
Method- 500 g free-range beef mince
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 free-range egg
- Parsley, chopped
- Olive oil
- Red peppers, roasted
- Pineapple, fried
- Onion marmalade
- Rocket
- Potato chips
Method
IngredientsCombine the beef mince, red onion and free-range egg, a handful of chopped parsley and seasoning in a bowl.
Mould into plump patties and rub with olive oil.
Fry in a pan over a medium to high heat until cooked through.
Serve in a bun with roasted red peppers, fried pineapple, onion marmalade, rocket and potato chips.
