Ingredients
Method- 2 Woolworths Easy to Cook Tuscan herb chicken roasts
- 2 x 700 g packets Woolworths peeled Nicola potatoes
- 3 T olive oil
- ½ head of garlic
- 2 t oregano
- Sea salt, and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 - 6 large tomatoes
Method
Ingredients- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roast chicken according to package instructions. Meanwhile, toss potatoes in olive oil. Arrange in a baking tray with garlic, oregano and season to taste.
- Roast for 30 minutes until browned. In the last 10 minutes of cooking the chickens, remove them from the bags and arrange in between the potatoes and roast for a further 10–15 minutes with large tomatoes. Serve in the tray.
Cook's note: Take it from the oven to the table and let everyone help themselves.
