Green shakshuka with za’atar pita chips

1. Pour coconut milk over seeds.
2. Add honey, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
3. Top with slices of peeled Zespri Vita SunGold™ kiwi fruit, a scoop of coconut yoghurt, or Woolworths cultured coconut, toasted coconut flakes, pistachios, a teaspoon of nut butter, granadilla pulp, freshly grated coconut and a drizzle of honey (optional). Dig in!
